Colleges seeing COVID-19 clusters as video reveals college students not social distancing

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has determined to implement distance studying for its college students just appropriate days after they arrived and clusters of COVID-19 shaped. Other campuses are going by map of their dangle bouts of the coronavirus as extra video emerges of college students partying in packed groups with out masks. David Begnaud reports.
